A City Wedding Like No Other

Beth started her day at the stunning Grand Hotel Birmingham, where she got ready for the most special day of her life. The excitement was palpable as she stepped into her breathtaking gown from Milla Nova, paired with her iconic red Prada shoes. The morning was filled with laughter, anticipation, and those intimate moments shared with her closest family.

The ceremony itself was a truly intimate affair, held at Birmingham Registry Office, where Beth & Jake exchanged their vows surrounded by their dearest loved ones. It was a heartfelt moment, full of love and meaning, followed by an elegant meal at The Ivy Birmingham, where they toasted to their new chapter together.

Exploring the City in Style

After the ceremony, we wandered through some of Birmingham’s most iconic locations, including Colmore Row and Pigeon Park, where Beth & Jake were met with warm congratulations from passersby. The energy of the city added an extra layer of excitement to their already magical day—it was such a vibe!

Beth and Jake effortlessly owned the streets, striking poses like seasoned pros. One of the most special moments? Finding a zebra crossing that was a must-have shot for Beth’s vision! Every element of this City Wedding was curated to reflect their unique style and love story.

The Ultimate Surprise for Their Guests

After capturing some unforgettable cityscape shots, Beth & Jake returned to their hotel to relax and prepare for the evening festivities—which were set to be legendary. But what their guests didn’t know was that they were in for the biggest surprise of the night!

The evening celebration was set to take place at Eighteen Birmingham, where friends and extended family arrived expecting a 30th birthday party for Beth. What they got instead was an emotional and breathtaking reveal.

Behind the scenes, the incredibly talented Richard Crilly had been working on something truly special—curating a video filled with childhood images of Beth & Jake, seamlessly interwoven with footage from their wedding day. When the video played, the room was filled with gasps, happy tears, and pure joy as their guests realized the truth: Beth & Jake had already tied the knot earlier that day.
